How Vessel worksfor buyers

  1. Find something you want

    Shop wherever you already shop: Marketplace, social media, or anywhere else.

  2. Vessel it

    Enter the seller's item code, or invite them. Your payment comes with a courier and a return trip.

  3. Confirm delivery and pay

    Review the item and total, choose delivery, enter your address, and pay securely.

  4. Track it to your door

    We keep you updated from pickup to your door. A courier brings it to you, so you never have to meet up. The seller never sees your address, only your city and state. You have 3 hours after it arrives to check it. Any return, for any reason, sends your item price and your delivery back, and we cover the delivery both ways.

Questions buyers ask

Do I need an app?

No. Vessel works in the web browser on your phone or computer.

Can I use it on eBay?

No. eBay requires a sale that starts on eBay to finish on eBay. Keep eBay deals there, and never use a Vessel link for one.

Do I see what I pay up front?

Yes. You see every cost and the full total before you pay.

Is my card safe?

Yes. Payment runs through Stripe, and we never see your card number.
