How Vessel worksfor sellers

Add the item, set your price, and enter the pickup details.
Share it with your buyer
Send your buyer the Vessel checkout so they can review the purchase.
Your buyer checks out
They confirm the item, enter their delivery address, and pay securely through Vessel.
Hand it off at pickup
Give the item to the driver when they arrive. The driver delivers it, and we keep you both updated.

Questions sellers ask

Do I need an app?

No. Vessel works in the web browser on your phone or computer.

Where do I use my Vessel link?

Anywhere you sell and make the deal yourself: Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Nextdoor, Instagram, or a text to a friend. When a buyer says yes, send them your link instead of asking for Venmo or Zelle. A courier picks the item up at your door, so you never meet.

Can I use it on eBay?

No. eBay requires a sale that starts on eBay to finish on eBay. Keep eBay deals there, and never use a Vessel link for one.

Can I sell something big, like a recliner?

Yes. We work out what vehicle it needs, and before anyone pays, we check that a courier can make the trip. The courier comes to your door, so the buyer never does. If the driver asks for a hand loading it, help or have someone who can.

When do I get paid?

After delivery, the buyer has a 3-hour check. You're paid as soon as the buyer keeps it. If they say nothing, you're paid automatically when their 3 hours end.

Will buyers push back?

Some might at first, because Vessel is new. Tell them what they get: no meetup, a courier to their door, and their money waits until their 3-hour check is done.
