The buyer pays right in the browser. The money is held with Vessel, and the seller can't touch it, while a courier picks up the item and delivers it.
Inspect, approve, released
The buyer looks the item over at their own door. Approve, and the funds release to the seller. Any return is a full refund, and we cover the delivery both ways. The reason never changes what comes back.
